This policy explains how Candor Digital Group, LLC (“Candor,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information when you visit candordigitalgroup.com, contact us, or book a call. If anything here is unclear, reach out through our contact form and a real person will answer.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, company (if given), the kind of help you're looking for, and your message. If you message us, we receive whatever you include.
- Booking details. When you book a call, Google Calendar collects your name, email, and chosen time on our behalf. Google's own privacy policy applies to that booking page.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs things like IP address, browser type, and pages requested. These logs are used for security and reliability.
- Your display preference. If you switch between light and dark themes, that choice is saved in your own browser's storage. It is never sent to us.
We don't currently use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this site. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and schedule conversations.
- To prepare proposals and deliver services you've asked for.
- To keep basic business records, as required by law.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We won't add you to a marketing list without asking first.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Google (website hosting through Firebase, calendar booking, and email).
- Our customer relationship system, where form inquiries are stored so we can follow up.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of our relationship plus any period the law requires. If we don't end up working together, you can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Send us a note and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We'll honor them.
Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps and will tell you promptly if a problem affects your data.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
